By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:
No Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be provided for any reason, including inability to attend all or part of the event.
Event Attendance
Guests are welcome to attend for the full duration of the event or for any portion of the event timeframe.
Food & Beverage
Each adult ticket includes:
Children's ticket includes one hamburger or one hot dog, macaroni salad, chips, dessert, water, condiments. Additional alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Dog Ticket Inclusion
Each adult ticket includes one complimentary dog ticket, which includes:
Additional dog tickets may be required for extra dogs.
Pet Responsibility
All dogs attending the event must remain leashed and under owner supervision at all times. Owners are solely responsible for their pets’ behavior, safety, and cleanup.
Liability Waiver
By attending the event, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including interactions with animals, food, beverages, and event activities. SNAP & Rescue, Cali Craft Brewing, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damages occurring during the event.
Photography & Media Release
By attending, guests grant permission for photographs and video taken during the event to be used by SNAP & Rescue for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
Event Changes
SNAP & Rescue reserves the right to modify event details, menu items, entertainment, or scheduling as necessary without prior notice.
Alcohol Consumption
Guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to present valid identification. Please drink responsibly.
