Prize Details & Conditions

• The Stay: 5 nights, 6 days at Beautiful South Lake Tahoe Home.

• Occupancy: Max 8 guests and 3 dogs. Party size must be confirmed at reservation.

• Value: $5,500. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.

• Inclusions: Lodging and standard cleaning fees only.

• Exclusions: Travel, airfare, meals, insurance, damages, or incidental expenses.

2026 Availability & Blackout Dates

• Redemption Period: Must be booked and completed within the 2026 calendar year.

• Availability: Subject to open dates on the calendar.

• Blackout Periods (No Booking):

  • Holidays: Memorial Day (May 23–25), Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving (Nov 21–29), and Winter Break (Dec 19–31). Summer Peak: June 15 – August 30

• Check-In/Out: 4:00 PM check-in; 10:00 AM check-out.

The Fine Print

• Eligibility: Winner must be 21+ with a valid ID. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

• House Rules: Winner agrees to all rules outlined in the Airbnb Listing.

• Liability & Risk: Winner acknowledges inherent risks of a mountain/lake setting and voluntarily assumes all risks.

• Waiver: Winner releases SNAP (Spay and Neuter Action Project) and the Property Owner from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from the raffle or property use.

• Indemnification: Winner agrees to indemnify the Property Owner and SNAP against any claims brought by the winner’s guests or third parties.
