I have had GSD for over 30 years. I started volunteering for Rescue over 15 years ago. I have participated in many aspects of rescue. Such as Adoption Days, Adoption Counselor, Evaluating dogs in shelters, coordinating items for our Galas. BUT the most rewarding aspect of rescue work is meeting great people and fostering so many wonderful dogs.

Beth Terwilliger: Director of Rescue
I launched the rescue branch of SNAP after more than a decade of hands-on experience in German Shepherd rescue, Having volunteered across all areas of rescue, my passion is being hands-on with the dogs. I prioritize responsible evaluations and supported volunteers because I believe every volunteer, foster, and adopter's time, and contribution truly matter.
